Overview

The Bishop Law Group had never had an in-house marketing team before. As their first marketing intern, I was responsible for building their digital presence from the ground up. My work focused on social media content, brand visibility, and client outreach.

My Role

  • Created daily content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Designed graphics for holiday posts, legal tips, and Q&A content

  • Launched TikTok content strategy, including meme-based videos and lawyer intros

  • Wrote and organized marketing documents and brand guidelines

  • Promoted attorneys through tailored posts to build trust with potential clients

  • Contributed to SEO strategy and email campaign development

Challenges

Starting from scratch meant building systems, voice, and audience trust all at once. It was my first industry role, but I navigated the pressure by leaning into strategy, testing formats, and refining based on performance.

Results

  • Boosted web traffic by 20% through SEO and social media

  • Increased conversion rates by 15% through targeted campaigns

  • Helped the firm establish a recognizable and consistent brand voice online

  • Expanded content from zero to a full library of templates, video scripts, and strategy docs

Reflection
